Trent is a 'holistic living' educator, a personal nutrition coach, and meditation teacher with experience as a yoga instructor.  "It is my passion to share with you the knowledge that improved my life and has helped many others.  I invite you to join me in a free initial consultation.  We will explore your health concerns and challenges.  It could make a meaningful change for you." 

Game plan - an outline of how we work together.
    We chart changes that are necessary, then we:
         1. develop an action plan
         2. meet in person often, and assess your progress
         3. identify new directions and work through difficulties
         4. progress at a comfortable pace
         5. communicate with each other, as often as needed, by email
